Customer's reviews
We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Alpine Musk. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, providing a perfect place to unwind. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The service was courteous and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
A special mention goes to the manager, Mr.Sajjan Singh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable stay with outstanding food and service. I'll definitely be returning!

I recently stayed at Hotel Alpine Musk and honestly my experience was completely opposite to some of the negative reviews written here. After staying here personally, I can confidently say that many of those reviews do not reflect the actual quality of this property.
The hotel offers one of the best experiences in entire Kanatal — clean and spacious rooms, breathtaking mountain views, excellent food, peaceful atmosphere, and very polite staff who are always ready to help. The hospitality and service quality are truly top-notch.
It feels unfair that some people are trying to damage the reputation of such a beautiful hotel with misleading reviews. My stay was amazing from check-in to check-out, and everything was properly managed.
If anyone is planning to visit Kanatal, I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. A perfect place for family stay, couples, and nature lovers. Highly recommended

We had one of the best stays at this property! We never imagined that at such a height, we would experience this level of comfort and create such beautiful memories.
Even during peak snowfall, while traveling with a 3-year-old, every request related to the baby was arranged promptly and with great care. This truly made us feel safe and well looked after.
A special mention to Sajjan ji, who hosted us like family and made our stay truly memorable. The food, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding.
Kudos to Kunal and the entire team for managing everything so seamlessly in such extreme conditions. Truly impressive work.
keep it up!
